Qualifikationen

• Assist the Project Superintendent in managing and coordinating on-site operations.
• Help establish and monitor construction schedules including look-ahead planning.
• Liaise with General Contractors and Owners to ensure alignment.
• Maintain daily diary and records to document site events and history.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and safety regulations.
• Support safety plans and incident investigations as needed.
• Order site materials and conduct regular health and safety meetings.
• Assist in reporting incidents or complaints.
