Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale construction program.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will help plan schedules, manage costs, track material quantities, inspections, and equipment, and ensure project requirements are met. You will interface with owners, consultants, and subcontractors, maintain project documentation, monitor safety, and help keep projects within budget.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction experience.
  • Experience on MTO road construction projects is desired.
  • Exposure to road and bridge building.
  • Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, monitoring & cost control with the PM/PMO.
  • Assist in scheduling, material quantities, inspections, equipment, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain and analyze cost reports and communicate changes to keep within budget.
  • Interface with Owners, Consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing overall administrative and technical expertise required support to a large-scale construction project.

PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE

PROJECT PLANNING, MONITORING & COST CONTROL Support the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in planning and implementing schedules, material quantities, inspections, equipment, and project requirements. Monitor overall project performance, including schedule, costs, manpower, materials, equipment utilization, maintenance, and quality control. Assist in maintaining and analyzing up‑to‑date cost reports and submit required changes to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Identify potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving issues.

STAKEHOLDER, TEAM & COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

Interface with project teams, subcontractors, and related third parties to support coordinated project execution. Meet with Owners and Consultants and communicate effectively to represent the concerns and best interests of the company. Monitor work performance to ensure project rules, procedures, and safety requirements are followed.

DOCUMENTATION, SITE OVERSIGHT & SAFETY COMPLIANCE

Prepare project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical documents. Monitor and inspect project sites to maintain a safe work environment. Provide leadership to ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned to support overall company objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of construction experience.
  • Experience on MTO road construction projects is desired.
  • Exposure to all aspects of road and bridge building.
  • Results‑driven with an ability to deliver success in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business.
  • Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives.
  • Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness in overcoming business challenges.
WHAT WE OFFER

Expected Base Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations.
