Job summary

Paladin Security in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Portfolio Resource Coordinator to support scheduling and staffing across client sites. You will partner with Site Supervisors, guards, and management to ensure reliable shifts, accurate data, and contract adherence.

You will identify open shifts, minimize overtime, track hours and training, and maintain timely payroll and billing records using TEAM software. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with interpersonal abilities.
• Able to plan, organize, and solve complex scheduling challenges.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• Cover letter submitted with resume.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource scheduling across the portfolio with Site Supervisors, guards, Client Service Managers, and Senior Management.
• Identify open shifts and ensure schedules meet contractual obligations.
• Fill daily shift cancellations and open lines while reducing overtime.
• Oversee a pool of First Responders, tracking hours, training needs, and performance.
• Maintain accurate data in TEAM software for scheduling, billing, and payroll.
• Address employee ticket submissions, payroll discrepancies, vacation requests, and reimbursements.
• Answer incoming calls to assist staff and frontline guards with operational queries.
• Participate in deployments, conduct site visits, and prepare regular leadership reports.
