Job summary

Playbook Group in Surrey, BC is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative for a full-time, in-office role. You will generate appointments, collaborate with marketing, and drive growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This position requires relocation to the Greater Vancouver area and involves regular outside sales and client visits. We offer a base salary of 60,000–80,000 CAD, monthly commissions, and benefits including medical and dental.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years' transport related experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal communication.
• Comfortable with cold calling and in-person client visits.
• Able to build new relationships and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; live in Greater Vancouver area.
