Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2–3+ years of audio visual experience required.
• High school diploma or relevant post-secondary diploma.
• Valid driver's license essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and dismantle AV equipment at events.
• Service trade shows, hotels, conventions, and staging events.
• Verify purchase orders and equipment readiness.
• Load/unload trucks; lift heavy equipment.
• Perform tests and troubleshoot equipment pre-event.
• Lead TSR team on-site as required.
• Complete event reports and represent the company professionally.
