Western Energy Services Corp. is seeking an HR Field Coordinator for our Drilling Services team in Leduc, AB.

The role reports to the Director, HR – Field Resources and focuses on crew mobilization, onboarding, and HRIS maintenance to support field operations. The ideal candidate has 5 years of coordinating/recruitment experience in oilfield services, excellent onboarding and interviewing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while delivering strong customer service to

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in coordinating and recruitment within oilfield services.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of Human Rights and employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure rigs are crewed by selecting candidates from internal/external pools based on position and fit.
• Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Rig Managers to identify hiring needs.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, drug testing, and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy for new and departing staff.
• Manage training bookings and ensure 100% compliance with client requirements.
• Provide monthly training reports and schedule training as needed.
• Support policy adherence and participate in performance management meetings.
• Be on-call for 7-day, 24-hour rotations; handle emergencies and staff issues.
• Track crew changes, terminations, transfers, holidays, and LOAs.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions on benefits and leaves.
