Job summary

Total Oilfield Rentals, based in Red Deer, Alberta, seeks a Sales and Operations Coordinator to generate new business, nurture existing accounts, and ensure services meet client standards. The role focuses on downstream plant and facility turnaround projects and requires coordinating equipment lists and quotes.

You will work five days on, two off, with occasional extended hours, and collaborate with field reps to resolve client issues, document activities, and support bids.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential work in extended geographic areas and contact potential clients.
• Take calls from clients for service requests and prepare detailed quotes.
• Coordinate equipment needs for new jobs and work with field reps on tickets.
• Follow up with existing clients and ensure satisfaction and additional service needs.
• Document all activities and expenses and assist in bid preparation.
