Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years industry knowledge and experience.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Customer service experience required.
• Professional driving (Class 3A) or related fleet dispatching experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers (and brokers) to manage current and upcoming delivery demand.
• Prepare delivery tickets and dispatch within Infosys and AWE.
• Produce and review performance and other reports.
• Review accounts on STOP or cancelled accounts and ensure tickets are deleted.
• Maintain delivery parameters and related settings in customer accounts.
• Provide customer service on incoming calls and inquiries.
