Job Description:
You will provide administrative support and scheduling for our production team, including managing job schedules, staffing, training, and overseeing hourly production. Key performance indicators include scheduling efficiency, weekly production, customer review ratings of 98%, and maintaining consistent gross profit levels.
- This role requires working most weeknights (11am to 8pm) and one weekend day during peak season (April to October). Flex hours range from 8am to 8pm, with a 44-50 hour workweek during busy months.
- Continuing education and training are part of the job.
Job Experience Required:
- At least 3 years managing multiple crews, with experience in home building or improvement being a plus.
- Experience with online scheduling systems.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, multitasking environment.
- Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM Infusionsoft and Google Applications.
- Must pass a criminal background check.

Salary & Compensation:
