Job description

We want your smile to enlighten the office.

Our company is looking to add a new team member to our administration family. We are now looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic individual to help support our Edmonton office in an entry-level Office Administrator role starting immediately.

We are an industry-leading marketing and management consulting firm with 15 offices across Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia. We serve a diverse corporate base of some of the largest clients in North America, including TELUS Communications.

The right individual will have opportunities to grow and advance within our company. Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits will be provided after 3 months.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome visitors as they arrive in our office and act as a representative of our company and our business partners
  2. Direct candidates for the interviewing process
  3. Assist with the candidate onboarding process and guide new hires to complete paperwork such as a background check
  4. Maintain general knowledge of the company and reply to email, phone, or face-to-face inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  5. Support team members with correspondence, mail, invoices, expenses, and team reports
  6. Maintain computer and manual filing systems and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  7. Data entry including updating team rosters and pay to track
  8. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning
  9. Assist the office manager with additional tasks as required

  12. Prior knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
