Duties

  • Basic accounting duties using our accounting software
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining records, filing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll processing and budgeting tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance team management practices.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate operations.
