A leading company in the construction industry is looking for an Office Administrator for a 6-month contract position at their Caledon office. The role involves managing the front desk, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Project Accounting Supervisor, the Office Administrator will handle administrative duties coordinating and managing the front entrance, reception area, and boardrooms at GIP's Caledon Office.
Please note this is a 6 month Contract position.
