Huawei Canada has an immediate 12-month contractopening for an Office Administrator.

About the job :

Book hotels and flights, provide travel visa application and expense report instructions, as well as provide user guidelines to employees related to the internal IT system

Manage supplies and equipment in office and meeting rooms

Other administrative services, such as business card application, phone bill management, etc.

Other duties shall be assigned as required

About the ideal candidate :

Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline

Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices

Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Resourceful and flexible

Strong English communication skills andorganizational skills

Ability to schedule multiple duties / projects and manage stressful situations

Fast learner with the ability to work unsupervised, includingan evident work ethic

Desire to contribute to a team environment
