Position : Office Administrative Assistant
Company : Eurohouse Interiors Inc.
Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time (30 hours per week)
Wage : $25.00 CAD per hour
Benefits : Pacific Blue Cross health insurance
Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
Professionally handle phone calls and emails.
Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
Arrange travel plans and itineraries for management, including making reservations.
Create and manage various documents using office software.
Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Monitor office supply levels and process orders as needed.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
Establish and maintain office routines and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Completion of secondary school is mandatory; a college diploma is an asset.
Previous experience in office administration or clerical work is required.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
