Job summary

CBI Home Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Peterborough to deliver home-based care across integrated programs. You will assess clients, recommend equipment, and modify home environments to promote independence and safety.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while supporting a restorative approach and self-management. A valid OT license in Ontario and a willingness to travel are required; a flexible schedule helps balance work and personal goals.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Ability to travel within the community with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Client-centered care with empathy and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT interventions including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.
• Collaborate with care teams in an interdisciplinary approach to deliver services.
