Job summary

CBI Home Health in Chatham-Kent, ON is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide client-centered home health services across the community. You must be registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, and be able to travel within the community with a valid driver’s license.

The role offers a flexible schedule, meaningful work, and the opportunity to support patients to live safely at home.
