Alberta Health Services in Sedgewick Community Health Centre seeks an Occupational Therapist I to deliver evidence-informed services focused on occupational performance within a health care team.

Responsibilities include triage, screening, assessment, diagnosis, collaborative goal setting, treatment, self-management education, case management, referrals, transitions, and collaboration with clients, families, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completion of bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program.
• Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

Responsibilities

• Triage, screening, assessment, diagnosis and collaborative goal setting.
• Treatment, prevention, self-management, education and case management.
• Referral, transition support and collaboration with clients, families and stakeholders.
