Job summary

The role includes triage, assessment, goal setting, treatment, case management, and client/family involvement within a supportive community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program.
• Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-informed OT services to improve functional independence.
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team to support patients and families.
• Assessment, diagnosis, goal setting, treatment, and case management in acute and long-term care.
