Alberta Health Services in Wetaskiwin is seeking an Occupational Therapist I to deliver home care OT services across the Wetaskiwin area. The role requires travel to clients’ homes with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, plus current BLS certification.

You will provide comprehensive, evidence-informed care to support independence and meaningful occupations, collaborating with clients, families and the health care team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program.
• Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).
• Requires current/up to date BLS certification.
• Vehicle required.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-informed OT services focused on occupational performance.
• Engage individuals, groups, and communities to enable meaningful occupations.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams and supervise students or Therapy Aides when applicable.
