Job summary

The SAGE Program at Two Hills Health Centre in Alberta is seeking an Occupational Therapist I. You will provide evidence-informed services focused on occupational performance to individuals, groups, or communities, acting as a direct provider, consultant, or educator within an interprofessional team.

Responsibilities include triage, assessment, collaborative goal setting, treatment, prevention, and facilitating self-management and transitions.

Qualifications

• Completion of bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program.
• Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).
• BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-informed OT services focused on occupational performance for individuals, groups, or communities.
• Engage clients to enable meaningful self-care, productivity and leisure.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams and supervise students or Therapy Aides as needed.
