Nova Scotia Health Authority seeks a Lecturer to support curricula and student learning in the BScN Program at the Dalhousie University School of Nursing, in the Western Zone at Yarmouth Regional Hospital. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating learning experiences, reflecting health care trends and the NS Health strategic plan.

The ideal candidate is an RN with a bachelor’s degree and a master's degree (or in progress), registered with NSNMR, with clinical experience in

Qualificações

• RN with undergrad nursing degree and master’s preferred
• Active NSNMR registration in good standing required
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience within last 24 months
• BSCN student clinical teaching experience required; classroom/clinical lab teaching preferred
• HCP-C certification helpful
• Joint appointment with Dalhousie University School of Nursing
• Leadership in teaching and clinical practice
• Knowledge of ethical practice/standards in teaching/research

• Plan, implement, and evaluate student learning experiences in the BScN program
• Collaborate with Dalhousie University School of Nursing
• Contribute to teaching and committee work
