Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Electrical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering in construction/EPC.
• 5+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the Comprehensive Work Package for concrete production.
• Provide status reports on milestones and adjust delivery schedules.
• Coordinate prep and delivery of project deliverables and required QA documents.
• Ensure concrete production aligns with policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintain liaison between concrete supplier and construction teams.
• Forecast and track change orders and scope changes.
• Coordinate site procurement and material traceability.
• Develop detailed work plans with construction leads.
• Maintain high final product quality standards.
• Perform regular site tours and safety inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
