Job summary

Golden Mile Chrysler in Toronto is seeking an energetic BDC Representative to join our team. You will manage inquiries from internet, phone, and email, follow up with leads, book appointments, and help create an exceptional customer experience from first contact.

You will maintain accurate CRM data, coordinate with Sales and Management, follow up on upgrades, leases, and trade-ins, and strive to meet targets for calls and appointments while delivering professional, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive, BDC, customer service, call centre, or sales experience is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all internet, phone, and email inquiries.
• Follow up with new and existing leads consistently.
• Contact customers to schedule sales and service appointments.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers who do not attend.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the dealership CRM system.
• Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure leads are handled efficiently.
• Follow up with previous customers regarding vehicle upgrades, lease renewals, trade-ins, and other sales opportunities.
• Contact customers as part of dealership marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
• Meet and exceed established targets for calls, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service at all times.
