Job summary

Crown Auto Group in Winnipeg is seeking an entry-level BDC Receptionist for our Business Development Center at the Waverley Auto Mall. You will be the first point of contact, handling customer information and appointment reminders during a 9:00 am to 5:30 pm workday.

Successful candidates will bring strong customer-service orientation, excellent communication, and solid computer skills. Training will be provided, with growth opportunities within the dealership group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre or switchboard is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Flexible with work hours and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and relevant customer information in our system.
• Communicate with customers reminding them of booked appointments & due services.
• Warm/cold transferring calls regarding Sales/Finance inquiries.
