Acuren Wind Canada Inc. is recruiting for a Fleet Program Manager to oversee planning, performance, and compliance of our North American fleet.

This senior role provides strategic and operational leadership across the full fleet lifecycle, focusing on reliability, safety, compliance, and cost optimization. The role covers light-duty trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles, and specialized equipment across Canada and the US, with travel and cross-border coordination between three locations

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial fleet management or senior logistics roles.
• Post-secondary education in logistics or related field is asset.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, asset management, and compliance.
• Experience with cross-border Canada–US operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, performance, and compliance of the North American fleet.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the fleet lifecycle.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate cross-border operations and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders.
