Qualifications
- Proven experience in fleet compliance, safety management, or related role.
- In-depth knowledge of transport regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret regulations and data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for remote interaction.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy.
- Experience with compliance software and reporting tools is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to national and provincial transportation regulations.
- Conduct remote audits of driver logs and vehicle inspection reports.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance fleet safety and compliance.
- Investigate breaches or incidents and ensure corrective actions.
- Stay updated on changes in transportation laws and inform the company.
- Provide training to drivers and operations staff on compliance matters.
