Qualifications

Position Summary

Acuren and its affiliate entities are a leading provider of wind turbine rotor blade inspection, repair, and other services in North America. Combined with the use of rope access technology and inspection expertise, we provide a comprehensive inspection and repair solution for the wind industry.

Acuren Wind Canada Inc. is recruiting for a Fleet Program Manager to oversee the planning, performance, and compliance of our growing North American fleet. This senior role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the full fleet lifecycle, with a focus on reliability, safety, compliance, cost optimization, and ensuring our assets effectively support our Renewable Energy Service line.

The Fleet Program Manager will oversee the overall Acuren Wind fleet across North America, including light-duty trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles, Bronto's, 550s, wheeled drilling rigs, semi-trucks, and specialized equipment. This role will ensure fleet assets are safe, compliant, reliable, and aligned with the operational needs of the business.

Position Details:

• Regular Full-time
• Location: This position will be based out of either the Three Hills, AB or Goderich, ON office, with flexibility to work between both locations during certain times of the year based on operational requirements.
• Travel: regular travel between Alberta, Ontario, and the United States.

Responsibilities

Experience & Technical Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial fleet management or a related senior supply chain or logistics role.
• Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Strong commercial fleet management experience, with demonstrated knowledge of fleet operations, asset management, and compliance.
• Thorough understanding of Department of Transportation requirements and commercial fleet regulations across Canada and the United States.
• Extensive knowledge of fleet compliance, regulatory standards, and multi-jurisdictional requirements.
• Experience managing cross-border fleet operations between Canada and the United States is considered a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment transportation, logistics, and over-the-road operations.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles, with a Class 3 license or higher preferred.
• Ability to conduct vehicle and equipment inspections in a variety of field and operational environments.

• Proven ability to take ownership of a fleet program and provide strong operational leadership across a diverse fleet.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and address compliance risks that may impact safety, cost, and operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong working relationships with Operations, HSE, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid passport for regular cross-border travel between Canada and the United States.
• Ability to travel regularly within Canada and the United States, including crossing the Canada-U.S. border.
• Ability to work from either the Three Hills, Alberta or Goderich, Ontario office, with flexibility to travel and work between both locations during certain times of the year based on operational requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs.) as required during fleet inspections or minor maintenance activities.
