Job summary

Acuren is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join their wind energy division, supporting operations across Canada. These professionals will travel to remote worksites, operating truck-mounted aerial access vehicles to assist with wind blade inspections and repairs.

The ideal candidates are skilled drivers with a Class 3 or DZ license, comfortable working at heights, and eager to be part of a safety-focused team in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Requires Class 3 or DZ license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, setup and stabilization.
• Ability to drive and maneuver large vehicles in varied conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (climbing, lifting, working at heights).
• Maintain accurate records (driving logs, inspections, maintenance).
• Preference for high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck-mounted aerial access vehicles to support wind blade inspections and repairs.
• Travel to remote worksites across Canada to support wind energy projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Assist with site setup, vehicle staging and equipment inspections.
