Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support industrial development and construction projects across North America. The role covers coordinating projects from planning and permitting through completion, while assisting with the management of an existing property portfolio.

The candidate will coordinate multiple projects, review documentation, manage approvals, and work with diverse stakeholders across Canada and the U.S., including government

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction, development, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of permits, licensing, zoning, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Confident communicator with contractors, consultants, tenants, and government stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or Yardi is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple construction and development projects, tracking budgets, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with tendering, contractor selection, bids, invoices, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate permits, licensing, inspections, and site readiness.
• Review drawings, specifications, surveys, and other construction documentation.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support capital planning, tenant alterations, and project turnover.
