Granite REIT is seeking a Construction Manager in the Greater Toronto Area to help develop industrial facilities, ensure site readiness, and manage licenses and permits for speed to market. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and tenants to support Granite’s growing footprint in North America.

Candidates should have 5+ years of industrial development and construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 30–50% across North America.

Formación

• 5+ years of industrial development and construction experience.
• Ability to read construction documents and contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in North America.

Responsabilidades

• Read and understand construction documents, drawings, surveys, specifications and contracts.
• Develop budgets for projects ranging from single trades to full multi-discipline builds.
• Prepare construction schedules with milestones and monitor progress.
• Develop and implement quality control measures for projects.
• Oversee development pipeline and turnover sites to Asset Management on time and within budget.
