Responsibilities

• Support Special Projects from initiation to close-out, assisting the Project Manager in delivering quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams to develop tailored solutions for complex construction scenarios.
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Identify potential risks and support resolution while maintaining safety and compliance.
