Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work onsite daily and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read project specs and acquire required information.
• Obtain blueprints and compare to bid plans.
• Report changes and claim costs with professionals.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and critical path weekly.
• Draft contracts and negotiate terms with subcontractors; obtain permits.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain client relations.
