Job summary

Broccolini Construction Inc. seeks a Development Coordinator to support industrial, commercial and institutional development projects from due diligence through construction. You will manage coordination and documentation, liaise between internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders, and ensure timely deliverables.

Travel to project sites, including out-of-province locations, is required. The role demands strong organization, proactive problem solving and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture or Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate development or construction coordination.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and design coordination with RFPs, trackers and documentation.
• Assemble tender packages and manage project documentation in the data environment.
• Track RFIs, change orders and invoicing documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action items.
• Travel to project sites, including out-of-province locations, as required.
