Job summary

RONA in Montreal is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise daily operations, manage merchandising, and coordinate promotions to drive store growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to recruit and coach staff while maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment. You will partner with store leadership to optimize schedules, monitor performance, and implement training

Qualifications

• 5 years of personnel management experience.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Autonomy and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to priorities and company requirements.
• Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties as directed by Store Manager.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Oversee promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department.
• Set work schedules within labour budget and meet customer needs.
• Coach and motivate teams.
• Perform other tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
