Qualifications

• 5 years in retail store experience with 2-3+ years holding leadership roles.
• Strong background in retail operations, sales and P&L ownership.
• Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and statutory holidays as needed.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Own the store’s P&L and ensure key performance indicators are met.
• Hire, coach and mentor teams to high performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales services.
• Drive store sales results to reach company targets.
• Coordinate e-commerce fulfillment and BOPIS operations.
