Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail supervision, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fashion; the role requires flexible availability, physical stamina, and proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team on the sales floor to meet store goals.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement actions to drive performance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members and support performance reviews.
