Job summary

RONA in Montreal is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, staff scheduling, and delivering excellent customer service. You will lead a team, drive promotions, and ensure alignment with company initiatives to meet community needs.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage work schedules and budgets, and strive to provide an exemplary shopping experience while supporting store growth and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements.
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are met.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
