Job summary

RONA in Canada is seeking a Receiving and Handling team member to ensure smooth, accurate product flow from deliveries to store shelves. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help keep our store running efficiently.

You will operate equipment, schedule deliveries, verify inventory, complete paperwork, and support related tasks to maintain strong store operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Operate store equipment as needed (forklift, pallet jacks, electrical lifts, computer, scanner).
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with material handling equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves (sort and unpack product, operate forklift to transport product to appropriate areas).
• Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received.
• Complete paperwork with attention to accuracy.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
