Job summary

RONA in Canada is seeking a Receiving and Handling team member to manage incoming deliveries and maintain inventory flow to store shelves, using forklifts and related equipment. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient stocking processes to support store operations.

The position requires attention to detail and adherence to health and safety standards, with responsibilities including scheduling deliveries, processing paperwork, and ensuring smooth store functioning.

Responsibilities

• Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves (sort and unpack product, operate forklift to transport product to appropriate areas).
• Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received.
• Complete paperwork with attention to accuracy.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

• Proficiency with material handling equipment will be considered an asset
