Job summary

Richcraft Homes in Ottawa is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our sales office team on a full-time, replacement basis. You will greet homebuyers, present Richcraft products, answer phones and emails, and support daily sales operations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, highly organized with attention to detail, and active listening skills. Previous experience in new homes sales is a plus. Hours are 3 weekdays and every weekend; compensation is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming potential homebuyers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Help potential homebuyers find the right home by knowledge of Richcraft products.
• Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective buyers.
• Support the Sales Office with other duties as required.
