Job summary

Richcraft Homes in Ottawa is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our sales office team on a full-time, replacement basis. You will greet homebuyers, present Richcraft products, answer phones and emails, and support daily sales operations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, highly organized with attention to detail, and active listening skills. Previous experience in new homes sales is a plus. Hours are 3 weekdays and every weekend; compensation is $20 per hour.

The Role:

Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Sales Assistant to work out of the Richcraft Sales Office located at 851 Couloir Rd.

In This Role, You Will:

• Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service
• Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products
• Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective home buyers
• Other duties as required to support the Sales Office

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in new homes sales is an asset
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly organized with an attention to detail
• An active listener with responsive skills

Hours are: 3 weekdays & every weekend

Job Type: Replacement

Pay: $20
