Job summary

Cardel Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Assistant to support sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer service to potential buyers across Ontario communities.

You will manage leads, greet the public, share product information, and assist with the sales process, while maintaining clean model homes and sales centres. A strong focus on communication and organization is required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in new home sales and customer service (asset)
• Professional appearance and excellent organizational skills
• High school diploma or post-secondary education
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts and provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers.
• Follow up on sales leads, meeting & greeting the public, providing product & company information, and assisting with overall sales process.
• Database maintenance & executing various administrative functions in support of the sales agents.
• Ensure that the Cardel Model Home(s) and/or sales centres are clean, neat, and professionally presented.
• Introduce prospects to Cardel, our communities, and our products.
• Act as primary customer liaison throughout the home building process to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Remain current and contemporary with respect to the new home industry, our target customer demographic, and our competitors.
