Job summary

Cardel Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Associate in Calgary. You will provide information on Cardel communities, properties, and products, and support the sales process with administrative tasks and customer liaison duties.

Responsibilities include following up on leads, presenting products, and ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the home building process. Requires professionalism and strong communication; model home hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service is an asset.
• Professionalism, tact, courtesy, and diplomacy skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the model homes and sales centers are clean, neat, and professionally presented.
• Following up on sales leads, meetings & greeting the public
• Introduce prospects to Cardel, our communities, and our products
• Assist with the overall sales process
• Database maintenance & executing various administrative functions in support of the sales agents
• Act as primary customer liaison throughout the home building process to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Remain current and contemporary target customer demographic and competitors by conducting market research
