Irving Oil seeks a Talent and Organizational Development Specialist to lead the New Graduate Rotational Program in New Brunswick. You will partner with HR Operations and the Student Programming team to build a strong early talent pipeline, oversee graduate recruitment, and align initiatives with workforce planning.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder engagement, and program governance to drive retention and success.

Qualifications

Experience leading talent programs and governance frameworks.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the New Graduate Rotational Program.
Collaborate with Student Programming team to strengthen early talent pipeline.
Coordinate rotational placements and post-program career opportunities.
Design and maintain program governance, processes, and development requirements.
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities with timelines and rotations.
Develop and monitor program metrics and reporting to evaluate effectiveness.
Coach participants and partner with leaders on performance and development planning.
Act as primary contact for stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
