Empire Life is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our New Graduate Rotational Program. You will rotate through Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Management, Organizational Development and Compensation over 24-36 months, contributing to strategic objectives while growing your HR expertise.

You’ll experience hands-on roles across teams, with rotations tailored to match interests and business needs, and opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing post-secondary education in a relevant field (business administration or human resources).
• Enjoy collaborating with others and contributing in group settings.
• You bring innovative ideas and a proactive mindset.
• Detail-oriented and able to navigate evolving assignments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and administer HR programs and services.
• Support initiatives by researching, due diligence, and data trends.
