Job summary

Employment Group is seeking a high-impact Sales Account Executive to accelerate new business growth in the talent strategy space. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations with strategic outbound plans.

You will engage HR and Talent leaders, craft tailored proposals, and collaborate with delivery teams to translate talent challenges into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in recruiting services (RPO, staffing, executive search).
• Talent strategy consulting or HR solutions experience is a plus.
• Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven success in a hunter role with a track record of acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on net-new logo acquisition.
• Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Generate a consistent pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Identify client pain points related to talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and workforce planning.
• Position recruiting and talent strategy offerings as business-critical solutions tied to growth and performance.
• Lead discovery conversations with HR and business leaders to uncover strategic needs.
• Craft customized proposals leveraging recruiting services and workforce strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery.
