Expand Reach Inc. is expanding our sales team in the Greater Toronto Area.

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to bridge business development and technical recruiting by building relationships with hiring leaders and collaborating with our recruitment team to deliver top recruitment solutions. The role focuses on driving growth, managing client accounts, and facilitating full-cycle recruitment while representing the brand through market intelligence and ATS workflow

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, HR, or related discipline.
• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, account management or recruitment in technical recruiting.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: identify new business opportunities, target accounts, expand market share through outreach and proposals.
• Strategic Partnerships: build long-term relationships with decision-makers and understand talent needs.
• Contract Negotiations: prepare, present, and negotiate service agreements.
• Account Lifecycle Ownership: manage requisitions from intake to successful placement with clear client communication.
• Recruitment Team Collaboration: guide sourcing strategies and candidate qualifications with the team.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution: draft postings, screen, interview, match, and present candidates to clients.
• Placements & Onboarding: confirm details and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding processes.
• Market Intelligence: monitor trends and compensation data to position Expand Reach as a market leader.
• ATS & Pipeline Management: track sales, client activity, and candidate pipelines.
