Qualifications

• CCNP certification with minimum 3 years of troubleshooting experience or CCNA certification with minimum 5 years.
• Experience in network environments and telecommunications concepts.
• Solid problem determination and source identification skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level support for client group network infrastructure.
• Engage other teams for escalations and manage incident queues effectively.
• Ensure adherence to NOC processes and enhance team collaboration.
