Job summary

HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors seeks a Training Manager to lead Academy operations and drive scalable training across multiple sites in the United States. You will ensure onboarding, regulatory, safety, and competency-based training quality while maintaining documentation integrity and learner experience.

You will develop programs, modernize content, leverage AI where appropriate, and align training with OH&S requirements, workforce needs, and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in training or workforce development.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Experience leading instructors, trainers, or operational teams.
• Experience with training records management and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of Training Academies across the United States.
• Ensure consistent execution of training programs, processes, documentation standards, and learner experience across all locations.
• Establish operational standards for classrooms, training yards, equipment, facilities, training records, and instructional resources.
• Travel regularly between Academy locations to provide leadership and support.
