This role ensures the consistent delivery of onboarding, regulatory, safety, equipment awareness, and competency-based training while maintaining high standards for instructor performance, training quality, learner experience, Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) compliance, training records, document control, and operational readiness.

This includes developing new programs, reviewing and improving existing content, cleaning up outdated or inconsistent materials, and leveraging AI and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of training development and administration.

Working closely with Program Managers, Operations, HSE, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Subject Matter Experts, and field leadership, the Training Manager ensures training delivery aligns with workforce requirements, OH&S and regulatory requirements, competency standards, and organizational objectives.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring significant travel throughout the United States to support Academy operations, instructors, program implementation, audits, new Academy development, and operational requirements.

The role is critical to developing a scalable Academy model capable of supporting workforce growth, improving employee readiness, strengthening compliance, reducing operational risk, and advancing competency development throughout the organization.
